Daniel T. Donnelly is the lead attorney at Donnelly Law Office. He practices primarily in the field of Criminal Defense, Immigration Law and Family Law. He also assists with Landlord/Tenant issues, probate matters and Guardianship/Conservatorships.
Mr. Donnelly has extensive experience in both District Court and Federal Immigration Court. He has completed over thirty jury trials with several acquittals. He has been especially successful representing individuals accused of serious drug related or sexually related charges.
His immigration practice is substantial and he has successfully obtained immigration benefits for individuals through the Service and the Courts in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Baltimore, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Miami, Des Moines, Omaha, Minnesota, South Carolina, Texas, Idaho, and Wisconsin.
He earned his J.D. from Drake University in 2001, his under graduate degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in 1998. He is admitted to the bar in Minnesota, the United States Court for the District of Minnesota, and The United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, Past President of the Mower County Bar Association, and Past President of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
